All The Rain Has Denver Water Customers Limiting Their Use
DENVER (CBS4) - The constant rain Colorado has been getting has Denver Water customers limiting their use.
Denver Water says it's only 2 percent away from its goal for reducing consumption for 2016. On an average July day Denver customers use 365 million gallons.
So far this July consumers are down to 275 million gallons a day. That amount saved is equal to the water that pours over Niagara Falls in New York every minute.
