DENVER (AP) – A woman charged in connection with a murder of a teenager last October has pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The Denver District Attorney’s Office says 29-year-old Jacquelyn Perea took 16-year-old Alicia Martinez to a party and left her there.

Perea reported Martinez missing the next day and her body was found two days later.

Edward Romero, has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in the slaying.

After the killing, Romero offered to help friends and relatives pass out filers asking for help finding the woman.
