The MS 150

I am happy to report that team CBS4 not only survived the MS150 bike ride this weekend, but everyone was all smiles at the finish line.

A huge thank you to my coworkers Jim Benemann and Elaine Torres for being such a vital part of the team; and to my husband Jimmy for being willing to cycle with us in show of support.

The ride was amazing.

If you have ever thought of doing something like this, but haven't yet, I encourage you to take the plunge and try it.

I am not much of a cyclist, but the volunteers and other riders were so warm and welcoming, I knew instantly it was going to be a challenge with so many rewards.

It was a wonderful experience to be part of something so much bigger than ourselves.

Riding with 3-thousand other cyclists for one goal in mind, to help find a cure for MS, is a powerful thing.
