More Ice Age Discoveries Revealed In Snowmass Village
SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colo. (CBS4)- More discoveries from the Ice Age are revealed in Snowmass Village. The dig team has found more than 4,000 fossils from the site at the Ziegler Reservoir.
Some of the fossils include a bison jaw and a bone from a mammoth. The excavation wraps up next week.
Scientists from around the world are studying the fossils, some dating back 5 million years.
