GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A suspected serial rapist pleaded not guilty.
Police believe Marc O’Leary, 32, attacked women in Golden, Westminster and Lakewood. He entered his plea Tuesday in Jefferson County.
Investigators are also looking in to the possibility he’s connected to assaults in Aurora and Washington State.
Defense attorneys also asked the judge to reduce his bond to $100,000. The request was denied. O’Leary will continue to be held on $5 million.
