DENVER (CBS4)- It’s not your typical stage production with electric guitars, tons of makeup and lots of hair, and that’s just the male cast. The plot follows a wanna-be rock star and an aspiring actress in the ’80s, with a soundtrack that’s sure to bring everyone to their feet.

It would be nice if the video would play the story instead of the commercial over and over.

Saw it Saturday. Amateurs. Bad music, weak book, no talent, embarassing to watch. Only good thing about the show was the intermission, which allowed us to get the hell out of there. Disappointing that DCPA brings this kind of lame show to town, but more discouraging is next season’s re-tread line-up. “Wicked” on the subscription? We’re not re-newing….
