FasTracks To Get Federal Money
DENVER (CBS4) - The Regional Transportation District's FasTracks program will get federal money.
The announcement came Monday from Sens. Mark Udall and Michael Bennet.
The project includes additional miles of rail, a bus rapid transit system, park-n-Ride expansions, along with better bike and pedestrian access to stations.
FasTracks will receive about $120 million from the Federal Transit Administration to help pay for the project.
