Woman Found Dead In Aurora, Police Search For Husband

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Aurora police would like the public's help locating a person of interest after a woman was found dead on Thursday.

Police said shortly after 3 p.m. officers responded to a call of a woman found dead in her home in the 18000 block of East Pacific Place.

"Officers arrived and discovered the female with apparent injuries," Sgt. Cassidee Carlson said in a statement.

The victim's name hasn't been released.

Police are looking for the victim's common law husband. He's been identified as Alan Geisler, 46. He may be driving a 2008 silver Toyota Tacoma truck with Colorado license plate 537-RTO. The truck may also have a 4-wheeler ATV in the bed.

The Aurora Police Reward Fund in conjunction with Crime Stoppers is offering up to $4,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this homicide.
