Big O Tires Shooting Suspect Appears In Court
MONUMENT, Colo. (CBS4) - The man who says he killed an employee at a tire store to protect his family was in court Thursday.
Logan McClelland, 19, is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Big O Tires employee in Monument. Fifty-year-old Brad Blehm was shot several times.
In the arrest affidavit McClellandadmits to the shooting, saying he was protecting his family after a fight, even though Blehm never showed he had a weapon.
McClelland could spend the rest of his life behind bars if convicted.
