Broncos' Bruton Falls Back On Substitute Teaching

DENVER (CBS4) - David Bruton made nearly $500,000 playing safety for the Denver Broncos last season. These days he's making $10 an hour as a substitute school teacher.

Bruton is teaching high school algebra back home in Miamisburg, Ohio.

"It's very different. I didn't think I'd be back here teaching," Bruton said. "I didn't even perceive teaching as a possible career. Coming back here and seeing some of my old teachers is weird."

As long as the NFL's on lockout, a man's got to work.
