Denver Police Find 2 Bodies In Apparent Murder-Suicide

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police are waiting on autopsies to confirm the cause of death for two people found in a home Monday afternoon.

The bodies were found near 38th and Bryant Street. Police were there late into the night. They say a family member discovered the man and woman. Police are investigating it as a murder-suicide.

Neighbors say the home is owned by a woman who wasn't home when the bodies were found, but they say she rents a room to a man. Neighbors believe he's one of the victims and his girlfriend could be the other.

"I know that they had a relationship, the two people, and I don't believe both people lived there at the time," Lt. Matt Murray with Denver police said.

Neighbors say the male tenant has lived there for at least a year.
