‘Visit Denver’ Kicks Off $2M Ad Campaign
DENVER (CBS4) – Visit Denver is kicking off a $2 million advertising campaign to entice people to come to Denver this summer.
The new campaign consists of print, Web, billboards, and television and radio ads. The theme is “Denver’s Summer Adventure.”
“All the locals, what do we do? We enjoy the city and we go to the mountains on the weekend,” Jayne Buck with Visit Denver said. “So we decided to build the campaign around the concept that Denver is two vacations in one.”
The tourism industry in Denver employs 50,000 people and brings in $3 billion each year.
