DENVER (CBS4) – One of the most popular jam bands of all time has announced they are coming to Colorado for three shows over Labor Day weekend.
Phish announced on Wednesday that they will close their 2011 Summer Tour with three consecutive nights at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City on Sept. 2-4.
Concert-goers will be allow to camp on the soccer fields adjacent to the stadium.
“Colorado was the site of Phish’s first extended tour outside of the northeast, and the band has enjoyed a special connection with the community ever since,” a statement on the band’s website said.
Tickets go on sale for the general public on Saturday, June 4 at 10 a.m.
