AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Aurora police are asking for help finding a missing 20-year-old man with the mental capacity of a 7-year-old.

Braulio Guerrero was last seen near 13th and Sable on Saturday afternoon. He left his house without money, a phone or identification.

Guerrero has a medical condition but doesn’t have any medication with him.

Guerreo is 5-foot-7, 160 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
