Mountain Poppies says: I watched the piece. To me this is a new word for planned communities. The whole idea behind planned communities is to have living and working close together. CDOT and Fed Hwys are often plugging it for efficiency. It’s a nice idea although not a panacea.

Mountain Poppies: I know this isn’t your point but sustainable is the buzzword of the year. Most people don’t even know what it means or how you would know if it really is sustainable. Allow me to explain that until human population numbers are controlled there is nothing whatsoever that is sustainable about human existence on earth.
