Facebook Questions:

Mountain Poppies says: I watched the piece. To me this is a new word for planned communities. The whole idea behind planned communities is to have living and working close together. CDOT and Fed Hwys are often plugging it for efficiency. It’s a nice idea although not a panacea.

Rhonda asks:  …Where woyld one find fully accessible housing for someone In a wheelchair. ( lower cabinets, wider door ways, roll in shower etc…)

Mountain Poppies: I know this isn’t your point but sustainable is the buzzword of the year. Most people don’t even know what it means or how you would know if it really is sustainable. Allow me to explain that until human population numbers are controlled there is nothing whatsoever that is sustainable about human existence on earth.

Lynn asks: Any suggestions for families who are headed for being homeless soon?

Blog Question:

I think you mentioned a FHA loan program with a three digit number that was little known or used that helped loan applicants bring a home into code and FHA compliance. Then that loan was packaged into a new FHA loan that refinanced the
    homeowners primary mortgage.
What was the title of that loan? It sounds like the ticket we’re looking for.
