With 2 Bodies Found, Aurora Finds Many New Questions

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4/AP) - Police say they've identified the body found near a park in suburban Denver as a woman who has been missing for months.

The body found in Aurora was 21-year-old Tiffany Shantay Durst. Her family said they last her Nov. 18.

Three days after that, her boyfriend, 22-year-old Terence Scott George, was found shot to death in their apartment.

"This is a pretty close-knit neighborhood and I just didn't think something like that would happen around here," neighbor Marco Smith said.

Police say they had been looking for Durst as a "person of interest" to talk about her boyfriend's death. The found Durst's car in Denver in January, but there was no sign of her.

At the time police said they were concerned for her safety. No suspects have been named in either of their deaths.

Police said Durst's body was found late Thursday some distance from a trail running along the Cherry Creek spillway. Authorities believe the body was there since November.

The coroner has yet to release a cause of death in Durst's case.
