Crews To Begin Leaving Crystal Wildfire

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - A wildfire west of Fort Collins is now 90 percent contained.

Fire managers say there some of the 376 firefighters at the scene Sunday could start heading home later in the day.

Fire managers did not immediately have an estimate of when the fire was expected to be contained.

A team will begin efforts to control soil erosion and sediment and debris runoff from hillsides denuded of vegetation.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
