DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- The second annual county health ranking report was released Wednesday, and Douglas County took top honors in Colorado.

The report ranks each county in every state by overall health.

In Colorado, Douglas County is followed by Eagle, Pitkin, Boulder and Summit Counties to make up the top five healthiest counties.

Denver County was ranked 45 out of 57 Colorado counties.

The least healthy county in Colorado is Huerfano, near Pueblo.
