SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Ty Wigginton and Ben Paulsen each drove in two runs, Greg Reynolds went six innings and the Colorado Rockies beat the Milwaukee Brewers 9-7 on Friday.

Reynolds, who got through the third unscathed, gave up six runs and nine hits. He struck out two and did not walk a batter as he remains in contention to earn the rotation spot that opened when Aaron Cook broke bones in a finger on his right hand.

Carlos Gonzalez, Troy Tulowitzki, Ryan Spilborghs and Jose Morales also drove in runs for the Rockies, who won their 10th in the last 12 games.

Prince Fielder hit a three-run homer and Ryan Braun had two hits and drove in a run for the Brewers, who lost for the second time in eight games. Mark Kotsay, Yuniesky Betancourt and Mat Gamel also had RBIs.

Milwaukee starter Wily Peralta, in his first start of the spring and fifth appearance, recorded one out before leaving the game after allowing five runs on five hits. He walked two batters.

Use Rocks or Rockies, not ROX when you write abut them. Thanks, CWB
