Anthem Fight for Air Climb Raises $434,000

DENVER (CBS4) - A couple thousand Coloradans hit the stairs for more than just exercise Sunday as part of the sixth annual "Anthem Fight for Air Climb."

The teams were excited to start their journey to the top of the tallest building in the Rocky Mountain West -- the Republic Plaza.

They climbed 56 floors, that's 1,098 steps, to raise money for the American Lung Association.

This year the stair climbers raised more than $434,000 to prevent lung disease and promote lung health.
