8 Suspects Arrested In Teen Assault And Arson Case
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have arrested eight men in connection with an aggravated assault and arson case that happened ten days ago.
Officers responded to Federal Blvd. and Alameda Ave. on Feb. 14 at about 3:30 a.m. on reports that a juvenile male was acting erratic and was possibly in need of medical attention.
He was found and taken to The Children's Hospital for treatment of burns to his upper body.
Officers discovered the boy had been at a party in the 500 block of S. Decatur Street where it is believed he received the burns caused by other people at the party.
Denver police have arrested eight men in connection with the case.
Erick Perez, 20, is in custody on a warrant for attempted second degree murder, two counts of child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, attempting to influence a public servant, intimidating a witness/victim.
Damian Sibayan, 18, was arrested on a warrant for attempted second degree murder and two counts of child abuse.
Cody Cummings, 19, is in custody on a warrant for attempted second degree murder, two counts of child abuse, contributing to a delinquency of a minor, intimidating a witness/victim, and misdemeanor child abuse.
David Ingram, 19, is charged on a warrant for attempted second degree murder, two counts of child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tampering with physical evidence.
Michael Bellefeuille, 21, is charged with child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tampering with a witness or victim.
Joshua Baffo, 19, is charged with felony child abuse and misdemeanor child abuse.
Robert Freeman, 19, is charged with child abuse.
Police in Denver are still looking for Robert Rieneau, 20. He is charged with child abuse.
