DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver are investigating a drive-by shooting on the city’s east side.
The victim was shot at 33rd and Grape Street Saturday afternoon. Police say it may be gang related because a witness saw the shooter flash gang signs before he opened fire from a car.
The victim’s name and condition have not been released.
The shooting happened near state Sen. Michael Johnston’s office. Because of the shooting an event there had to be canceled.
