You have to draw the line somewhere. If it were moved ahead 3 feet,
drivers would still complain about being ticketed for being 6 inches over it.
But question: There’s no violation if a driver enters the intersection
during the yellow. Do they take a picture at the instant the light
changes to prove the driver had not yet crossed the line?
