$10 Million Bail For Multiple Shooting Suspect
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Bail has been set at $10 million for a man indicted in the slaying of his ex-wife's suspected lover and the wounding of his ex-wife's divorce attorney and the judge who presided over his divorce.
Bruce Nozolino, 49, faces several charges, including first-degree murder in the Nov. 30, 2008, slaying of Richard Shreiner, and two charges of attempted murder in the Jan. 23, 2002, shooting that wounded divorce attorney John Ciccolella, and a shot fired into Judge Gilbert Martinez's home on Oct. 13, 2001.
Arapahoe County Chief Distrist Judge William Sylvester set bail after telling prosecutors they don't have enough evidence to hold Nozolino without bail.
Prosecutors say Shriener's slaying happened a little over a month after he lost his high-paying software engineering job with Lockheed Martin.
