2 More Suspects Charged In Fatal Denver Hit-And-Run
DENVER (AP) - Two more people have been charged in a hit-and-run accident that killed a parking valet in Denver.
The Denver district attorney's office says Yolanda Bastida-Nolasco, 43, was charged Monday with two counts of being an accessory to a crime and criminal impersonation. Also charged with two counts of being an accessory was Guadalupe Bastida, 48.
Norma Paola Vera-Nolasco, 31, is suspected of being the driver of the pickup truck that struck 21-year-old Jose Medina Jan. 22 outside a Denver nightclub. Authorities say she was drunk and was charged last week with two counts of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.
Eliu Montes-Garcia, 18, was charged last week with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of being an accessory.
