LOUISVILLE, Colo. (CBS4)- The federal government has shut down another failed Colorado bank. The website for FirsTier Bank confirms the closure.

The bank in Louisville has several locations, including a branch in downtown Denver.

The FDIC has created the “Deposit Insurance National Bank of Lousiville” for customers.

The temporary facility will stay open through February to help FirsTier customers move their money.

FirsTier branches will be open on Saturday, Jan. 29 to answer questions.

Why don’t the close down Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo, GMAC and CitiBank who all received bailouts and used it to create more profits for themselves, bonuses for the executives, campaign contributions to the politicians, and at the same time kept foreclosing and pushing the country and its people deeper into recession?
