Rodney's Closes After 19 Years In Tamarac Square

DENVER (CBS4)- Rodney's was a swinging hot spot when it first moved into Tamarac Square in Denver 19 years ago.

Saturday, that nearly two-decade tradition closed its doors.

Rodney's was one of the last businesses to remain open at the struggling shopping center.

"It's kind of like the old Cheers on TV, everyone knows the name, everbody is going to miss that," said customer Tom Flanagan.

Regency Cinemas is the only tenant inside Tamarac. It remains open at the shopping center.
