THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of leading Thornton police on a chase last week is now charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and eluding.
Andrew Terry, 35, was in court Tuesday afternoon to face the charges.
Last week’s chase got up to 90 miles per hour. At one point officers fired shots at Terry. There are at least two bullet holes in the back of his truck.
Terry was also arrested earlier this month for allegedly ramming a police car in Westminster. He is due back in court later this month.
