FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A man in Fort Collins has been arrested after police said he broke into 123 cars.

Police arrested Joseph Vernon Foss, 30. They said he’d ride by cars on his bicycle and pop a window when he saw valuables inside.

Stolen items included bags, purses, laptops, cash and wallets.

Officers say Foss got away with nearly $62,000 worth of goods between March and August of this year.
