Former Meth House Gets Makeover

NORTHGLENN, Colo. (CBS4) - It was a welcome sight in Northglenn on Tuesday where a house that was once used for meth cooking has emerged anew after an extreme makeover.

Mayor Joyce Downing cut the ribbon to open the newly remodeled home.

Police shut the home down but since then it has sat vacant along Pearl Way and has been an eyesore for the community.

Colorado Brownfields Foundation was responsible for the overhaul.

Officials are now looking for someone to move into the home. The home is being offered by realtor Mark Edson of Shift Real Estate.
